I think you're going to find it hard to continue charging such astronomical fees when the duopoly of Rightmove/Zoopla gets blown out of the water by Agents Mutual. You have a few months left to impress me before I choose whether to drop you, or Zoopla. The constant milking of your client base over the last few years won't be forgotten.
