Although I have set a filter to show me properties within 5 miles of SN8, I regularly get sent details of properties from as far as 30 miles away! I understand that you want to show that there is some value ion having a regular e-mail with lots of content, but it also means that sometimes I do not bother to open up the e-mail because I know that there won't be anything of interest (or maybe 1 applicable property out of 25 as the last one was)
