A good idea but there should be rigorous controls over what is advertised and that the pictures etc really do show the standard of the property and should be updated once a week not every five years, of course the pictures of a newly built house look good but that house looks a lot worse after five years of tenancy and for my feelings that is false advertising and should be illegal
