We used Rightmove when searching for a property to buy for our daughter and also when we were thinking about moving to a new home for ourselves. It was a useful "starting point" but we found there was no substitute for going to estate agents & looking at suitable properties & areas. We now use it to "get an idea" of the market - prices, avaliablity , etc
