Overall preferred site for house moves but Zoopla very close and aspects of 'sold prices' area better on Zoopla. There are elements on Rightmove that could be better - all residential house listings should have floor plans and closer checks on Agents vis a vis the Property Misdescriptions Act should be effectively policed. There could be a tool, too, to alert Agent when he puts a property up for sale at a vastly inflated price for market in area.
