One issue some agents keep properties on Rightmove as not under offer or STC but they are sold, we were looking at holiday homes in North Yorkshire and had this problem with Illingworth's in Pickering and Kirbymoorsde every property we enquired about was sold,
frustrating particularly when you live a long way away so much so that we do not consider properties offered by them.
