Items never showed up so I asked to cancel. No refund provided. Items then appeared on a truck, which I rejected. Still no refund or communication three weeks later. I had to ask the bank to step in and start a chargeback claim, which was successful and I now have the money back. Roofing megastore now owe my refund to Barclays, who I imagine are rather persistent.
