Can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Jen. I was contacted directly by RugsDoneRight once I had inquired about Loloi rugs. They offered to give the best pricing available and did just that even when the Loloi sale had ended. I ordered on Thursday and no ship date was provided which made me a bit nervous. I received notice on Saturday, however, that my rugs had been shipped and was astounded to learn that they would arrive on Sunday. I am not sure how or why I got such spectacular delivery, but I am sitting here with rugs already down on the floor. They came before 10:00 am this morning. This review is about dealing with RugsDoneRight and is not about the product. Customer service and delivery were beyond anything I’ve ever had with online purchases.
