Very pleased with my purchase. I am not a seasoned on-line buyer. I typically like to see/touch what I’m buying. But I’ve been pleased on multiple levels. First with the level of customer service and ease of ordering. I had many questions and everyone I chatted with were so nice and professional and answered all of my questions. Second, I had no trouble placing my order. It was an order for 6 rugs. They were all the same style (Safavieh Blossom 912B) but different sizes. Third, the speed that they were delivered. When the order was placed the arrival time was 2-3 months but they all arrived in great condition within 2 weeks! Fourth, the rugs are beautiful! If there were any drawbacks at all it would be that the wool rugs had a lot of fuzz but that seems to be diminishing with each vacuuming and the colors are also becoming more brilliant as the fuzz is going away. Highly recommend ordering these rugs from this company. Thank you
