I absolutely adore the rug I ordered. I did have to wait considerable time for it as I was originally told that I would get it in 7-10 business days. I requested two order status updates over a six week period as two different shipping dates became long overdue. I expected delays with shipping but once the rug was actually shipped it arrived within days.
