The rug when if finally arrived (6 months later) is made from wool and is beautiful. I knew it would be a bit longer than usual because of Covid, however, it was delayed 3 times. When I contacted RugsDoneRight they did replied promptly and was apologetic. Will I order from them again? Most likely.
