SO, let me start with the good. The rug is just adorable and everything I thought (and hoped!) it would be. Looks great in the space and the quality is good.
The bad: the shipping time was just atrocious with terrible communication from the company. After weeks and weeks of no word, I emailed and was told the warehouse was out of the size I ordered. Huh? But then magically, a rug showed up a few days later.
I supposed all's well that ends well, but I would not order from this company again. Cute rug but not worth the hassle.
