I had this rug on order with one of your competitors last November. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I didn’t want to wait another 8 weeks so I started shopping around. Your website in January said you had the rug in stock. I called to confirm the inventory and was insured it would ship right away. When it didn’t arrive, I called back and was told it was the wrong rug and that it would be 8 weeks to get a new one. Eight weeks turned into eleven months. Each time I called, I was given a different excuse and a new delivery date that was never met. I was told you were a preferred vendor and would get priority fulfillment of the order. I was also told that since I waited so long, it would ship from the warehouse as soon as it arrived. None of this was true.
