This was my first purchase from RDR and it was a seamless purchase. What I liked was the fact I received a reminder email that I forgot to purchase a rug pad. (IMO it would have been great if that could happen at checkout because I couldn’t use the first time buyers coupon) Anyway, I reached out to a representative and they gave me another coupon to use for the pad. I look forward to my rugs arrival.
