I love this rug - it is to extend a grouping of 2 of the same. I am impressed by your product line.
However, your service stinks. The order was from October - I got notice today that it is on the way. Frankly, I thought I imagined the whole thing and have already made do with another, similar rug for winter decorating. Will not buy from you again.
