Promised a new customer discount never received.
Waiting forever on my order.
Lied again and said they shipped it and provided the wrong tracking number.
Now I have to wait another week.
At this point I should be fully refunded!
Horrible Customer Service and way to run business.
Will report to the Better Business Bureau.
