Sadly, Rugs Done Right has been sorely lacking in communication and customer service. I ordered a small rug in early November and had to contact customer service twice to get updates on shipping. Had I known that the rug was coming directly from Tibet I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. I was told around the end of December that the rug was shipping soon. Here we are January 22 and I’ve tracked it as in Dubai. I’ve never had a call from customer service with any kind of apology.
