I ordered two rugs from you. I received a confirmation of the order with a note telling me you would notify me when the rugs shipped. After two plus weeks I called to check the status only to find out one of the rugs was out of stock.
The fist and smaller rug was in stock but hadn’t shipped because both rugs weren’t available. I was told the second rug was on it’s way but it would be another three weeks before the container arrived.
Five weeks later I followed up again to find out the status. I was told the rug was in and would ship early the following week. My point here is that when I placed the order you should of known one was out of stock and there would be a wait. From there on the communication was because I initiated it not Rugs done right. Feel like I would still be waiting if I hadn’t called.
