I was concerned there had been a problem with my order as it was over a month and I heard nothing from you about an order delay. I called and there was a prompt response. The rep I spoke with was very helpful...she contacted the manufacturer and learned there was a production back up and it be rectified soon. Then I heard nothing for about 2 weeks... started to wonder if there was another problem, when Surprise! I got a message it was delivered! Love the rug.
