I had an issue over the rug I wanted taking 10 weeks longer to deliver than originally thought. Your customer service was right on it and within 24 hours I had a different size ordered and shipped. I expect delivery tomorrow (2 days later and on a Sunday no less!). I am impressed and hope to love this rug as much as I think I will!
