I think this operation is a scam/fraud.
The pillows I bought were darker then I expected and I could not return them. Customer service is non existent. I wrote a review of the pillows on the website over a week ago warning other customers that you can’t return and the color is darker and it still hasn’t been posted. Dreadful experience.
