HI - I would have given you five stars - but your returns are not free and are mega-multi step - Contact you before returning, receive instructions to return, print out return label and affix to package, get it sent back within a specified amount of time, and don't forget! Send tracking information to Rugs Done Right. Ciompared to businesses like Amazon and Room and Board, it's Returns Done Awkward. The returns were so cumbersome, I decided not to order the rug. What would returning a whole rug because it's the wrong color be like? Would it be approved? What if it isn't? The simpler and friendlier you make sample returns, the more likely someone is going to purchase a rug. Carol Gray
