Poor communication, waited over two months and had to contact them to see where my order stood. After I was told it would be another couple of weeks, I tried to cancel my order. Ironically, I received a text the next day stating my rug was being shipped so I couldn’t cancel.
I feel this company is deceptive and does still stand by its product. I am extremely disappointed in their service.....or lack of.
