Order placed November 23, 2020. Its April 8, 2021, still haven’t received it. Any initiation of communication about the status of this order came from me. Never received an email about the order status, estimation of delivery, ANYTHING, unless I emailed or called them. I was charged for it though back in November! If this company wants even a 1 star rating they need to invest in communication and only charge when shipped. I would have given a 0, but there is not that option. Yesterday, I just received a notification from my Shop app that it was shipped, but not from the company after... almost 5 months. I can’t comment on the quality of the rug because I don’t have it yet.
