I ordered a rug that was advertised as 7-10 day delivery time. I called to confirm delivery time and was told it would actually be 5-6 weeks from time I called to confirm. It’s been over 6 weeks and still no rug.
When I called to check status, I received an email stating how “lucky” I was to be on a list of people who would eventually get this rug.
In the meantime, my card was charged for a product I still don’t have. That charge should have been put on hold till rug was out for delivery.
