After much deliberation I contacted Rugs Done Right inquiring about a rug order. I was contacted immediately by a rep and informed of the shipment time time and encouraged to be patient. Patience is a virtue that I'm short of but it paid off. The rep informed me my order is on its way sooner than expected! She was very personable in her e-mails which I appreciated.
