Very poor! Ordered on a Sat afternoon. Received email, delivery 1/2 months.
Cancelled Sunday, the next day.
Called on the following day, Monday to verify cancellation .
Had to leave message on recorder, no one called me back.
Later that day (Monday) rug had shipping label created.
Called back late Monday to have shipment stopped. Was told I would have to speak to someone who had already left for the day.
Noon here ( Tuesday, no call back from your company.
