It was a great help when I wrote to Customer Service. I looked high and low to replace a rug I had already bought from you. Someone had spilled coffee on the rug, it's impossible to get the stain out. Customer Service was able to look up old orders of mine and told me exactly what I had bought. I just like the rug so much it goes well in the kitchen. I have a duplicate in our entrance way as well.
