The customer service team was wonderful (Jamie) and accommodating throughout my selection process. Very responsive and flexible which I truly appreciate. I bought my first rug and as a direct result of Jamie's service have bought a few more with plans to continue buying...we just bought a 4k sqft house with all wood flooring so we have a lot of area to cover! Great selection (albeit a little overwhelming). I think the function searching by colors is great in theory but could use some refinement. Also, I wish you could search by pattern (like solid color, floral, geometric, etc.) instead of just by design type. That said, overall really impressed with the site but mostly the stellar customer service!
