Rugs Done Right did everything right! The customer service was throughout the process was outstanding. Ali provided status updates regularly for my backordered rug. She was eager to help, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable. The Momeni rug was worth waiting for--it is well-made, beautiful and perfect in our home.
