I ordered a rug on Memorial Day that was on sale and available. I verified this with an online chat. Was told in stock and shipping from GA. Few weeks later was told that when they went to fulfill my order, the rug was gone. I spoke with customer service Liz, who was so nice and helpful. She found a similar rug that was in stock and was larger like I originally wanted but wasn’t available. I paid for the larger size, and they honored the original amount off and 1st time customer discount. This is customer service at its finest. Hard to find service like this anymore.
