This is my first purchase from RugsDoneRight. I initially had a few questions before I purchased the rug and every time I called in, every single live person I spoke with was wonderful. There was a slight issue (on the manufacturer's side) regarding availability/ ship time and when I called in to inquire the Customer Service team was great! They actually cared about my issue and went above and beyond to assist with the situation. We just received our rug last night (relatively quick shipping) and we will definitely be ordering from RDR again.
