Like many items at this time, my rugs were on back order for awhile. Both times I reached out for an update, the customer service team replied immediately and with actual, genuine information/update status. I was extremely impressed and very pleased with all the communication. I will order again through RugsDoneRight over any other company solely based on their customer service. Thank you, thank you!!
