Jessica was able to pull out various samples of different colors, weaves & manufacturers so I could make an informed decision about the specific rug I wanted to buy. It’s difficult to find beautiful contemporary wool rugs, that have a cushy feel while being “safe” from cat & dog nails for affordable prices, but RugsDoneRight had a bounty to choose from. We are over the moon happy with our purchase, it transforms the room….we’ve received some oooh’s & aaaah’s. Just put in an order for another rug, w/ help from Kelly on this one. Highly recommend both products & company.
