Customer service was very quick to respond to emails about my purchase. The rug I purchased was very expensive and was to be shipped while I was on vacation. I contacted them to hold the shipment and it was fine successfully, without a problem. That is the kind of service I have not experienced with on line ordering. I also saved over 2,000 on the rug compared to other sellers.
