There was zero communication around delays in my shipment—I had to check in each time in order to get any sort of update. The response time to my requests was decent, but overall I'd expect a company who deals in ecommerce to be much more proactive around customer communications. Additionally, a bug on the mobile site caused the information about my order's ship time not to be displayed before or during checkout, so I purchased a rug that was backordered by two months, with no indication to me of that fact. All in all, I waited three months for my rug to arrive (which would have been fine if I had been told ahead of time).
