I placed my rug order on 7/3. The rug listed a delivery time of 2-5 days and this was a huge incentive for placing the order. I didn't receive tracking info for the order until 7/15. It stated delivery would be scheduled for 7/19. However, the fine print of the tracking info states that residential deliveries require appointments. Thus, on 7/19, I had a phone call from the shipping carrier to schedule the delivery date for either 7/21 or 7/22. Today is 7/20 and I still don't have my rug and I don't know how it will be delivered or the condition it will be in when it arrives. This is a terrible misrepresentation of a delivery process originally described as taking only 2-5 days and, so far from my perspective, this is RugsDoneWrong. You must either drastically improve your shipping process or more clearly state the delivery details for your customers. Now I can only hope my order arrives without any further problems or issues.
