The rug was shipped and delivered within 2 weeks. The process was seamless. I was worried after reading some of the reviews out here but personally I had a good experience. Rug is stunning and pretty affordable. Only thing that didn't match was the faded orange on both side of the rug where it's bright orange in the center. Not what was advertised for but surprisingly this toned down the rug and gave it a subtle charm. Love the new rug and the way it feels. It's very thin so make sure to check out the thickness.
