Due to the global shipping slowdowns, our order was delayed. Rugs Done Right kept us posted throughout. Unfortunately, when our order did arrive, it wasn't to our liking. Rugs Done Right quickly processed an exchange for us with no questions asked. This was our second oversized rug purchase from them and their customer service has been exceptional both times.
