While there was a wait on the rug, customer service was actively responsive to queries on delivery timing. Rug arrived. Expertly packed and beautiful. You need to use a pad with the rug I bought which is about 3x5. RugsDoneRight got back to me quickly with recommendations on stopping slippage. The carpet is perfect and so is our experience with the company.
