This review is similar to many, many of the others regarding lack of communication and long delivery times. There is absolutely no transparency, as a consumer, when you purchase a product from this company. The rug I ordered showed a 2-5 day shipping date. I ordered on July 14, 2021. Received an email "your shipment is on the way" July 20, 2021. And then nothing... I opted to receive text messages from the shipping company for updates, but they simply route back to the website that isn't helpful. Tracking showed that the rug left Atlanta, GA on July 20, 2021--I live in Colorado and would have expected with ground transportation, maybe a week delivery time. At some point the tracking changed to show it "arrived at destination city" on July 21st, which doesn't make sense.
I emailed Rugs Done Right on Aug 2nd and received a response stating "I heard back from the carrier that the agent has this package on their truck and they should be delivering this product end of day or tomorrow." It was not delivered.
Received a text message from EFW Tracking on Aug 9th stating shipment was schedule for that day between 6am-4pm.
Today is August 10, 2021 and the rug has not been delivered.
I agree with some of the other reviews--they don't have a problem taking your money when the order is submitted, but now they have my money and I have no rug.
I am very understanding about delivery delays. It would be great to know how the delivery process works rather than being stuck in the dark. The tracking company is really basic and doesn't seem to offer a lot in transparency.
