Unfortunately, I had to rely on your customer support as my order experience with your company hasn’t been a pleasant one.
While I sit and continue to wait for all of my order to be completed which is now another month or more?
I will say that your customer service has been out-standing with keeping me up-dated on my order. Polite and truthfu
They replied very fast and were able to track down my rugs.
However the ending to my experience with the company isn’t a happy one.
I probably won’t order from you again in the future. When I go "directly to the companies website” and read that 3 of the rugs I want are in stock I don’t want to find out after having only one rug delivered one week and then having to wait another week for the next.. that there was never a 3d rug in stock! I feel given the computerized world we live in today... keeping your website and warehouse stock updated shouldn’t be a problem.
