I ordered a particular rug in the round shape. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to come in. I asked them to cancel my order, they offered me the 5x7 that they had in stock, they revised my order and cancelled the round and are shipping me the 5x7. I have not received it yet, but the customer service so far is great.
