I ordered an area rug in March for our new home. We moved into our home in July. The rug that I ordered was back ordered. On August 19th I received a text saying that my order had shipped. Four months had passed and I received no other notification about the rug being on back order and I completely forgot about it. The rug was shipped to my old address. After picking it up I remembered ordering it. I called immediately to return it and I was told that I could not return clearance merchandise. I explained the entire situation and they still would not take the rug back. It is sitting in my garage wrapped in its original packaging because I have no use for it. I will NEVER order from Rugs Direct again, nor will I recommend them!!
