The rug that was delivered yesterday was ordered nine months ago. I’m aware of the supply chain issues and wrote to customer support several times for updates. The response was always quick, informative, and polite. I did consider cancelling the order after waiting six months, but I did not. I’ll order from this company again, as I’m quite sure the long delay in shipping was not their fault.
