We bought a rug on Oct 17.
I spoke several times to UPS to confirm the delivery details..
The rug has not been delivered although the UPS update still reads out for delivery...
If they do show up today, they will be turned away due to building regulations re elevator usage..These regulations were conveyed several times by phone to UPS
Why do you ask for a rating before a delivery is made ?
