I was a bit worried based on some online reviews I read, but most seemed to be issues of wrong customer expectations, so I decided to order. I had seen a smaller version of the rug at a store local to me so, I knew what it looked like and that the colors were perfect for our space.
RugsDoneRight has a good website and Live Chat was quick and informative. The pricing was excellent and saved me a substantial amount from my local rug store. The 12x15 rug was in stock and arrived in 4 days.
