It's a fine rug and arrived in fine condition. The rug was folded up rather than rolled up. this made it smaller for shipping. The instructions directed us to unfold the rug, then roll it up for 24 horus. This doens't work in a New York apartment with 3 kids. So we just laid it out and begin to use. It works fine. I was a little aggravated that we were charged for the rug when we ordered it, but not when it shipped 2 months later. It's not a huge issue, because we knew we wanted the rug and weren't in a huge rush.
