I wrote acceptable because when I asked about the two months it took to get my rug, I would get answers or status. However, what is NOT acceptable is your company having my money for those two months. How can you hold someone’s money for that time?

ay it is to hold the rug that I wait for. Sorry, but that is not good customer service. And also, I was offered another rug I place if I did not want to wait which I was told was a more expensive rug and I would not be charged more than you already took. Well that rug was wool and viscose, so it was NOT a better rug; it was a downgrade.
I DO love the rug and it looks beautiful. I am glad I have it now, but those comments are authentic from me.
Hope it could change and I would do business or suggest your company to others.
