The people I spoke to were always exceptionally knowledgeable and very customer focused. The information I got about delivery dates was accurate. I ordered these rugs from different company in August 2020. In October, I was told the rugs were discontinued and my order was canceled. After calling Rugs Done Right, I learned the rug was NOT discontinued, and it’s on it’s way to me now!
